Where is my order?
All items are made to order. The majority of orders get fullfilled the same week as order.

Do you hold stock?

We do hold stock of most items if you wanted to buy in store, however we can't always guarantee this.

Can I exchange items?

We accept all returns of school uniform providing the item still has it's tags and is unwashed.

When can I collect my order?

Once your order has being processed, you will get an e-mail regarding when the order is out for delivery or ready for collection.
